CABBO CERAMIC PROJECT

Come along to hear Chip and Tony from Snail Tales reveal the curious tales of the Cabbo masks at 12pm and 3pm before creating your own peculiar mask.

Your creations will then be fired and attached to the Deal Pier buildings during the Deal Pier Art events (August 5th- 9th) and later will be taken by local fishermen to be lowered to the bottom of the sea in the keep net.

Join us Friday 7 August and Saturday 8 August

1026 ft club

Deal Pier Arts will be inaugurating the 1026 ft club, a monthly supper and social event to take place in the restaurant at the end of Deal pier.

This summers inaugural event, the 1026 ft club, on the 7th and 8th of August is intended for those interested in the arts, history and local folklore for discussions against the backdrop of the Pier facing the infamous Goodwin sands.

Deal Pier arts are working with the great and good of cuisine, from Whitstable to Dover and local producers to make each occasion special and particularly Kentish in flavour.

We will be offering a four-course menu and associated wine list.

And there are still a few places left to join the 1026ft supper club’s inagural event.
