Calm cuffs, also known as activity mitts or twiddle mitts are knitted or crocheted bands using different textures and added extras. A patient living with dementia can twiddle with the mitts during times of anxiety, the mitts help to provide stimulation during hospital stays and are valuable to dementia patients.
